110 Series Aluminium Tilt and Turn Windows
The Shiguang 110 Series aluminium windows combine thermal break aluminium construction with an integrated window and insect screen system. Inward opening, tilt opening and micro-ventilation support everyday airflow, with glazing, finishes and opening layouts selected for each project.
Aluminium Windows with Micro Ventilation
These aluminium tilt and turn windows introduce air through a small opening gap for gentle everyday micro-ventilation. Tilt mode brings the top of the sash inward, while turn mode allows wider opening and indoor access for cleaning. Suitable spaces include living rooms, bedrooms and studies. Available modes depend on the selected hardware and configuration.

Thermal Break Aluminium Window Features
These thermal break aluminium windows combine insulated glazing and aluminium profiles to help limit heat transfer. Aluminium windows with integrated insect screens simplify coordination of the glazed sash and screen. Frame/sash sealant injection, waterproofed joints and gaskets form the sealing system; actual performance depends on the complete configuration and installation.
The 110 Series aluminium window system uses a 2.0 mm profile wall and 6063A-T5 aluminium. Tilt and turn hardware offers different ventilation modes. Opening-sash design must account for dimensions, glass weight and hardware load capacity.

Custom Aluminium Window Options
Custom aluminium windows can be specified with electric operation, subject to configuration confirmation. Micro-ventilation sashes, opening glass and metal-mesh screen sashes, special corners, posts and oversized sashes require separate pricing. Hardware upgrades depend on availability. A quotation is based on the complete layout and configuration; prices are not included here.

For your aluminium window quotation, provide opening width, height, installation location and site photos.
Confirm fixed panes, opening-sash divisions, quantities, handing and indoor clearance.
Select glazing, interior/exterior finishes, insect screen, hardware and any electric operation.
Confirm sash size and weight. The sheet lists 700 × 2200 mm as the maximum tilt and turn sash size and separately lists an oversized option; larger sizes require individual review.
Agree installation, drainage, finishing, transport and packing details. Production follows approved drawings and the configuration schedule.
