Composite insulating fire glass for tested EI applications; configuration and tolerance by report.
Fire-Rated Glass Engineered for the Whole System.
Monolithic, composite insulating, fire-rated IGU and laminated glass solutions from 60 to 180 minutes—matched to the tested frame, size and installation.
Select by Fire Duration & Required Classification
The following thicknesses are the proposed factory series supplied for project selection. Every order must be matched to the applicable test report, classification, maximum tested size, supporting frame and installation detail.
Restricts passage of flames and hot gases for the rated period. It does not automatically provide thermal insulation.
Provides integrity plus a tested limit on radiant heat. Confirm the specified radiation criterion and glazing system.
Provides integrity plus a tested limit on temperature rise on the non-fire side. Normally uses multi-layer fire-resistant constructions.
Available Glass Product Lines
The names below follow the factory and shop catalogue. They are product-navigation terms, not stand-alone certification claims. The exact construction, fire classification, duration, thickness, maximum size and application must be confirmed against the corresponding product report before quotation or order.
Actual Product & Edge Construction Details
These photographs show real finished units, glass edges and production-ready glazing. They are presented as manufacturing evidence only and are not used to identify a fire class or rating.

Your Drawing Defines the Shape
Send the opening dimensions, glass make-up, edge requirements and intended application. Our team reviews manufacturability before production.
- Rectangle & square
- Triangle & trapezoid
- Arch & semicircle
- Sector & circular
- Multi-sided polygon
- Curved / bent profile
- Holes & notches
- Template-based shape
For non-standard geometry, a 1:1 template or CAD/DXF drawing may be requested before final confirmation.
Fire Glass Parameters & Build-Up Options
Use this table for inquiry preparation. The final quotation must name the required standard, classification, duration, orientation and the complete tested glazing system.
Glass Color & Surface Choices
Choose the appearance first, then confirm it with an actual sample or approved reference. Screen colors vary by display and cannot replace physical sample approval.
Factory Capacity You Can See
The photographs below show actual glass racks, custom units, curved pieces and batch production handling. Product labeling and identifiable company marks are intentionally not displayed.

From Drawing to Protected Shipment
Technical Review
Drawing, application, dimensions, quantity and destination are checked.
Sample Approval
Glass color, coating, spacer, edge and make-up are confirmed as required.
Controlled Production
Processing, assembly and identification follow the approved order sheet.
Inspection & Packing
Dimensions and appearance are checked before export-ready protection.
Evidence Supplied to Match the Order
Rather than showing an unrelated logo or making a blanket certification claim, supporting documents are provided according to the selected product, destination and contract.
Replace this section with the factory’s exact certificate names and report numbers only after the original documents have been verified.
Before You Order
Can you produce glass from a hand sketch?
Yes for initial evaluation. A dimensioned CAD/DXF drawing or a full-size template may be required for final approval of complex shapes.
Can different pane thicknesses be combined?
Yes, asymmetric and laminated make-ups may be possible. The structure, safety requirement, coating position and processing limits must be reviewed first.
How is the final color confirmed?
Approve a physical sample or a clearly identified manufacturer reference. Online swatches are visual guidance only.
Do you provide certificates?
Available documents depend on the selected glass, processor, destination and required standard. Confirm the exact certificate or test report before placing the order.
How is special-shaped glass packed?
Units are protected by separators, edge guards and suitable racks or export cases based on geometry, quantity and shipping method.
